"Staff was great, very helpful and nice. Parking was a nightmare. In room mini bar was insanely high priced. Location was fantastic with many things in walking distance."

"Beautiful rooms at an amazing location. Parking is terribly expensive though, and breakfast is not included. There is no mini fridge, so good luck saving leftovers to reduce expenses. There is also no swimming pool which I found weird for a place this elegant. Their main restaurant does not have good breakfast. Go for dinner or lunch and you will be very happy. But don't bother with breakfast, it's just a bunch of cheese and grease and it's unpleasant. "

"I recently stayed at the Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park for four nights, and to be honest, I expected more from a Fairmont property. While the beds were comfortable and allowed for good rest, the overall condition of the room felt outdated and somewhat neglected. The hotel does not reflect the level of quality and attention to detail that one associates with the Fairmont brand. The experience wasn’t terrible, but it definitely fell short of expectations, especially considering the reputation of the brand. With some renovation and better upkeep, this property could significantly improve."
