"Room was clean. Towels and bedsheets were excellent quality and were changed upon request. Breakfast was good and had enough variety for five days we stayed at the property. Internet was fast. Location was perfect - close to British Museum, two subway stations, numerous bus stops. Lovely park nearby."

"Overnight stay before an early morning flight. Room very comfortable and location for check in at T2 in the morning was literally 4-5 minutes to check in desk. PERFECT Location! I know London and airport prices are steep but please when you charge 12.5% service for food, have the decency to remove the line for a tip as well. If I have a similar flight again i would ABSOLUTELY stay here!!"
