This property is a smelly dump and it is a travesty that Expedia lists it as a 4 star hotel. In truth, it is a 1.5 star hotel. The rooms are old and smelly, with worn, somewhat dirty carpets and washed, but visibly old sheets for the beds. The property is a 20 min Uber ride or 30 minute shuttle ride from Terminal 5, I.e. the exact amount of time it will take you to come to T5 from London Paddington. Very misleading to say that this is a T5 hotel. This hotel has problems with its water/sewer system. Water was stopped multiple times for hours for “maintenance “ as water apparently leaks and floods rooms. And the staff doesn’t really care. They answer is that they put a sign on the front desk when there are water problems, they didn’t create the problem, and they do their job.
