Bed & bedding good, the bathroom is a below average, floor flood's during showers and drain in the sink appear to have blockages as the water goes down the drain very very slowly. Didn't eat there, no details given, internet works ok."

One of the employees acted as if we were trespassing and followed us around...not sure why. "Perfectly convenient location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. If you read up on the hotel, you will not be surprised by the smaller rooms and little amenities. There is so much to do and so close to the Underground train system. The Zedwell is the best value for the area. Highly recommended."
