"This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. "The room wasn’t cleaned automatically for two days and on the third they just dropped towels and emptied trash. Bed was never touched and the policy was no where to be found. I would ask when checking in. The hotel is also currently under construction which isn’t stated clearly at the time of reservation, so there is no lobby. "
