"We had a lovely 2 night stay. There is a great farm shop and cafe just 20 minutes away where we gained our supplies as well as a Tesco down the road in market Weighton for essentials. The hosts were super friendly and the welcom basket was generous. For usbjt was an anniversary stay and Sue was so sweet going above and beyond with a balloon, bubbly and even a card. The mayflower is beautifully kitted out and decorated I could literally live here (i am already thinking ahead 30years to retierment...

"We loved the enchantment for its special look and location. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were a few minor flaws that might need some fixing (bed lamp and curtain broken and a missing TV remote) but the responses of Stays York were quick and helpful. We couldn't manage to get the fire DVD working but everything else was just fine. We would definitely recommend this location for a stay in York."

"Our stay was great and it is right in the center of the town. But unfortunately we had no hot water even after waiting for half an our like they suggested in the instructions.. And alot of cobwebs everywhere"

"Fab apartment in a great location. Rooms are lovely & clean, got everything you need, like home from home. Owner & her husband very easy to deal with & obtaining the key when we arrived was super easy. Great having a car parking space too, major asset in a city! If I had to pick at one thing, it would just be the noise from the apartment above, TV was very loud each night till gone 11 but can’t blame the owners or the apartment on that, that’s really the luck of the draw as to whose above. "Great room that felt luxurious. Good size pool. Quiet hotel that had everything we needed. Only downside was the chain lock on the door was practically hanging off, but it didn't affect the main lock of the door. "
