"Easy check in and out. Didn’t love not having a physical person there though, especially when our neighbors were loud until 4am! In general the walls were super thin and you can hear everything…even the neighbor next door coughing all night. The bedding was cute but the fluffy blanket at the bottom was yucky as it either was dirty or just had materials stuck to it from the washer. "

"Place is absolutely great... perfect for a sugarbush trip. one minor inconvenience. Parking lot was not plowed for a while after a small snow (3 inches) that was enough to cause some sliding. "

"Place was great, 2 min walk to the lifts. place was very clean and well appointed. Next door is a restaurant, ski rentals which was very handy. Ease of access and check in great. Owner very responsive.Would stay here again next year for sure. "

"Kitchen could have been equipped with a hand mixer or potato masher. Refrigerator had other people’s stuff in it causing a little confusion. As well as the Mud room.More hooks in Master bath would be nice. Interior door from mud room - the closing mechanism sticks so door does not stay closed. The had vac in kit near fireplace doesn’t work. There needs to directions for TV. (Just things you should know.) "

"The apartment itself and the location were perfect. It was exactly as described, very close to the mountain, and extremely convenient for skiing at Sugarbush. The space was nice inside, clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The only issue we experienced involved the upstairs neighbor. Around 7 PM on Saturday night, while we were quietly playing a game of cards, she came downstairs, banged on the door, and introduced herself as the owner upstairs. She was angry and said we were being too loud, even though quiet hours were not until 10 PM and we were speaking at a normal indoor volume. The interaction felt unreasonable and was startling enough that it scared some members of our group. It also seemed clear that she has ongoing issues with rentals in the unit downstairs. Once we explained that we would of course respect quiet hours after 10 PM, she did not bother us again. Aside from that situation, the property itself was great. The apartment was comfortable, well located, and worked perfectly for our stay near the mountain."
