Top Sleaford Hotel Reviews
White Hart Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great location, our room was hot 207 but we expected that, great view of the cathedral out the window, but also view of kitchen tops with vents etc….whatever below that hummed on and off throughout the night"
The Carre Arms Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"A beautifully, newly decorated hotel with lovely, spacious rooms. Everything feels fresh & thoughtfully designed, & I really enjoyed my stay. The staff I met were friendly, the food in the pub was lovely, & I would definitely stay here again. There's a few small practical touches that I think would make the rooms even better. A luggage rack would be really useful, especially as there is plenty of space. There are lots of lovely pillows, so somewhere to place the extras rather than putting them on the floor would also be helpful. Hotel slippers would be a nice extra touch too. (wink) In the bathroom, I’d love a decent-sized shelf inside the shower for personal toiletries, plus a longer/easier-to-use shower-gel dispenser. More hooks would make a huge difference!! Particularly one or two maybe by the soap dispenser in the shower for towels & some behind the bathroom door for clothes. A separate bath/floor towel /bath mat would also be useful, as the floor gets quite wet. The doors do close rather loudly, so a soft-close mechanism would help, especially early in the morning. I also found the round door handles surprisingly difficult to turn after using hand or body lotion. My only other wish would be an earlier hot breakfast. Starting around 6am would be fantastic for guests who need to leave early. These are all small practical suggestions rather than major complaints. Overall, it’s a beautiful, comfortable hotel, I had a really nice stay, & I’d happily come back!"
Tulip Queen, Spalding by Marston's Inns
10/10 Excellent
"Its a chain place, standard stuff really with loads of food options close by."
DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln
8/10 Good
"Clean modern room, with nice bar and lobby. A very small parking area, but you can park near with low price. Coffee at breakfast was bad."
Holiday Inn Lincoln by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"At breakfast every morning there's a gentleman that greets you, i think his name is (Mike). an absolute gentleman, constantly keeping in contact with you throughout breakfast. room was perfect, breakfast was top notch."
Belton Woods Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort
8/10 Good
"Our quadruple room was very clean and comfortable. It overlooked the golf course which was fun. The pool was great - our kids loved it. You were provided free pool towels every time you swam plus the changing rooms were brilliant - swimming costume dryers, lovely shower gel etc. The surrounding woods were brilliant for walks - our doggies loved it. The all you can eat style buffet breakfast was lovely - the kids especially loved the pancakes which you just had to ask for along side other cooked items like porridge and omelets. Check in was a little awkward as they wanted to charge £25 per dog per night (£100) which we weren't informed about via Hotels.com - the staff member insisted this was on the hotel website but I explained that we didn't book via the website. So in the end we had to keep the dogs in the open back of the pick up which wasn't ideal. Some younger members of wait staff were a little moody and unfriendly but in the whole it was fine."
Out Back and Beyond, very rural, just the place to 'get away from it all'
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing, lovely hidden gem away from it all…. With a pool to top it off. Sue and Jim are amazing hosts, we would definitely go again, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would give more stars if we could Thank you again both for letting us stay"
Damon's Hotel
8/10 Good
"Convenient place to stay if travelling in the area, you WILL need a car. Rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel does have a tiny bar in reception but nothing else. There is a restaurant (burgers, ribs etc) across the car park and also a petrol station with small convenience store. It is on a very busy main road, so traffic noise is an issue."
Garner Hotel Lincoln by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Nice big car park for easy parking. Good access to the roads around Lincoln. Room clean and tidy with a comfy bed and a large TV. The aircon was perfect for the warm weather. My go to hotel when stopping in Lincoln!"
