"There was sand on the floor of our hotel room. The AC did not work properly at night which caused a very uncomfortable sleeping situation . Flies were all over the room. The knob on the shower was broken. No second shower curtain to prevent water from spilling on the floor making it slippery."

"I love the fact that the bedrooms are comfortable and clean, the passes to get umbrellas and chairs on the beach was free. The staff was over the top helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good too. They also gave us a discount at the restaurant next-door, which was very casual and very good food. They charge for parking, which was a surprise, but when you get free umbrellas and chairs on the beach, good breakfast and all these other amenities, it makes up for it. I highly recommend...

"The hot tub was full of sand and the lady who checked us in was not the friendliest. When we arrived, there was no parking available at the hotel so we had to find parking ourselves the first night we stayed. There weren’t a lot of outlets in the room and a few of them didn’t work. The room was clean and the lady who checked us out was very nice."

"Had a queen bed with balcony looking towards a baseball field. Felt catfished! Room was super small with just fridge, no dresser, iron, phone to ask for a towel. Our bed was broken. (Literally was missing pieces underneath so you sank when you laid down. Balcony was so small that the chairs could not be turned to face forward nor could 2 people sit sideways comfortably. Bathroom so small to use the toilet you had to open shower door and extend your feet. Weirdest most uncomfortable things ever!...

"We had a fantastic stay at the Montreal Beach Resort. Everything was easy, check in, parking, beach access and location. Room was excellent with everything like new. Staff were all very pleasant and more than ready to help. The location is excellent with a great ocean view and easy access to the Cape May attractions and dining."
