"My wife and I wanted to find a spot central to several waterfall hikes, and this smaller house was perfect for just us. I was nervous to be the first to stay here but the price seemed very fair and the location to waterfalls and downtown Hendersonville seemed to be a great match. The house was new, and everything worked as it should, it was extremely clean and plenty of space to keep our things. There were several stores nearby for anything we forgot or wanted. "We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The apartment is in an old mill and they have completely renovated it. Super cool place to stay, much better than staying in a hotel. Husband and I were here for work but staying here was a nice getaway and we were able to pretend we were a young, hip couple. Surrounding area is a bit sketchy but we felt very safe in and around the building."

"Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions."
