If you are looking for a first class Greenville experience this is the space for you. This amazing Main st. facing unit has a large balcony with opposing sofas for you to soak in the downtown experience. The entire unit was remodeled in 2019 and has brand new furnishings. It is a studio unit with a completely open floorplan. The bedroom area boasts a King size bed with luxury bedding. This studio can sleep 2 extra guest as well with its queen size sleeper sofa. It is very centrally located!

My stay in Greenville was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great restaurants and exciting events. Staying for a week allowed us to fully enjoy everything the area had to offer, and every single day was a pleasure. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a vibrant atmosphere.

We loved our stay at this condo. Its cozy and adorable. The location is unmatched. The owners were quick to respond and so kind. Check in and out could not have been easier. Loved this property! Location was unbeatable. We were right in the middle of downtown with a view of Main Street in the winter so still lit for Christmas. Food, entertainment, hiking, sights, nightlife, and much more all immediately accessible. Owner has decorated tastefully and stocked generously

This was an amazing location for exploring Greenville, close to EVERYTHING! The apartment itself was the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in, every detail was considered. We will definitely be coming back.

We were there 12/22-12/25 and felt right in the middle of holiday celebrations! The location was perfect. The condo was exactly as shown. Lots of upgrades and the bedding was super comfortable. The balcony was a plus! We used the parking garage as on street parking is limited. It was right outside the building entrance.
