"Had a lovely stay here! Beautiful location and unique stay. My only issue was not being able to get info about my pod number and lock box key until a few hours before we got there. Myself or Expedia couldn’t contact them through the number provided. But once we got the info it was amazing!"

"Check in at 3:30pm is kinda late. Room and view was awesome. Breakfast can be much better. Little cold in room. Heater did not keep up. Did not bother staff about it. Water fall view from bed is beautiful. Did not really interact with any staff since self check in. Overall, I was pretty happy with the stay."

"Wonderful host and we saw the Northern lights from the porch off our room. She even sent an email to tell us they were out. She warned us there would be no breakfast before we arrived but host baked a cake and they have great coffee machines in room and lobby."

"lovely facilities. The restaurant within the hotel is also really good to grab lunch or dinner. Breakfast is included and has a pretty good spread. The restaurant is a tiny bit shortstaffed so expect to wait a little bit but otherwise nothing to complain about the grounds are beautiful. The beds are well made, and lots of horses roaming around."

"We booked this location last minute and didn't see the check-in email about needing a mountain bus ticket, or an atv to get to the property, until the last bus had already left. The staff, office, and Expedia were very helpful and gave us a refund for our room. We would like to come back some day and experience the volcano huts properly."

"My partner and I stayed here for one evening. It’s comfortable and convenient for travellers passing thru. It’s a good place for solo travellers and partners. Easy to find, this one almost had a bit of a hostel vibe to it. We had bunk beds. There is a communal kitchen where you can cook, a fridge where you can store your food. Shared bathrooms but there are multiple, all clean. The property is well maintained and though there wasn’t any staff to greet us, they gave us easy instructions for our check in. The area is beautiful and there is also a restaurant across the street which was convenient, cute and full of history. Thank you for the great and easy stay!"
