"The grounds were beautiful, with a pretty lake and signposted walking routes. Unfortunately the restaurant online booking system for the 3 different restaurants showed inaccurate opening and closing times. So we were booked into the bar for dinner, when we preferred to dine in the main View restaurant, which online said it was closed for dinner reservations, but was actually open until 9pm.The link for the online booking reservation was generated by Expedia through an email link that Expedia sent to me confirming my room reservation. I tried to change my reservation to the View restaurant when we checked in but the receptionist said the View restaurant was fully booked. We managed to go directly to the restaurant and got a table, and during our dinner reservation noticed there were plenty of tables, so it wasn’t fully booked at all. The opening times enclosed in the information pack in the room were also inaccurate. So I feel the the restaurant booking system and incorrect opening hours needs updating immediately so guests have the correct information. Otherwise the hotel was excellent. "
