  • Set in a quiet spot surrounded by farmland, this fantastic and spacious home is great for large group holidays with 12 family or friends. On site, there is an indoor swimming pool, games room and a tennis court available for guests to use, and you will find the Yorkshire Three Peaks and plenty of activities within the local area.

    A large lounge has plenty of seating and a warming wood burner where you can relax and socialise of an evening. The kitchen has everything you need to rustle up tasty meals for all guests including a range oven. The first of the six bedrooms is located on the ground floor, containing a double bed, while a handy shower room completes this level. Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms, two doubles, three twins, and a bathroom and separate shower room. Outside, you will have use of a private patio with seating, and access to a garden that is shared with the neighbouring holiday cottages. There are plenty of shared facilities that can be enjoyed on site including a heated swimming pool, a spacious games room, a tennis court, and a seven-a-side football field. Guests can also explore the surrounding farmland which has tonnes of walking routes set among a stunning backdrop.

    Situated in a tranquil spot, you can enjoy some fabulous peace and quiet, but for meals out, evening drinks, and a spot of shopping, head to Settle (7 miles) or Clitheroe (12.5 miles). Visit the wild Gisburn Forest and Stocks Reservoir (3.5 miles) with its range of cycling and walking trails, which has something suitable for all abilities, or try out fishing on the lake.
