"When we first got to our room we walked in and immediately smelt musty mold smell. My child stepped over near the AC and the carpet was soaked. I went down and told the front desk associate and she was extremely apologetic and got us a new room with no issues. Wish I knew her name but very helpful! New room was suitable and breakfast was good. Pool was so nice to have for the kiddos as well! Thanks for a good stay!"

"This vacation home was everything described and more! Just steps to the lake, trampoline, slide, kayaks, stand up paddle boards..all included and barrels of fun! The pool was wonderful, especially on these hot days. Televisions everywhere! Plenty of seating around the pool as well as floats for the pool and lake.We had 12 adults and 12 kids...everyone had a good time. Great place to spend precious time with family.And the boat!!!! The most fun ever and loved by all. Stephanie the house manager wasVery helpful, friendly and responded to questions quickly.Vickie was easy to communicate with and we really appreciate the opportunity to share their little piece of heaven."

"Perfect from start to finish. More games and toys than we ever imagined. Kitchen had everything and more!!! Loved the double oven and extra refrigerators. Beds were so comfortable that some of us want to buy same for our homes. I highly recommend this property!"
