"Just returned from a lovely week at this welcoming hotel. It would be impossible to find a more convenient location, right in the middle of the main square. You can walk any and everywhere from here. Where you would want to as a tourist anyway. Caught the train from the airport and it was an easy 7 minute walk to the hotel from there. The hotel had emailed us,,offering a pick up service as well if you would prefer that option. The hotel goes above and beyond to welcome you. Nice bottle of wine, fruit, soft drinks, large bottle of still and sparkling water, all complimentary on arrival. With a lovely note. The soft drinks are topped up daily along with the coffee and tea. You even get the milk in the fridge. Breakfast is a buffet, reflecting various countries preferences, cooked meats cheeses, salad, fruit, cereals, breads good coffee, teas fruit juices, and a selection of vodkas, which makes a change at breakfast. You are also offered a cooked breakfast which is made for you. The mushrooms are to die for. Made on an open fire oven/hob. There is always someone at the front desk if you needed help. The rooms are kept very clean, and cleaned well daily throughout our stay. The rooms are individually decorated and have everything in them you would need. Even enough drawer space. I will also add, I did book this hotel during covid times, when unfortunately we couldnt travel, and was refunded immediately. I would certainly book this hotel again. "

"I had an enjoyable one-night stay at the Europejski. The hotel and rooms are a bit old fashioned, but for me that adds to the charm. The staff were very pleasant and my room was comfortable. It even had an outside terrace with a table and chairs (which I hadn’t expected). The hotel is very convenient for the bus and train stations and the associated shopping centre, and the old town is within a 10-minute walk. Breakfast was good, with a selection of hot and cold foods. I would certainly stay there again the next time I am in Krakow. "

"A fantastic hotel - we got upgraded to an apartment 🙏😊 and it was wonderfully spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location - a short walk to the Old Town and right by the train station. "
