"Riverside Aparthotel was an updated, clean, modern apartment close to all Krakow city attractions. Convenient to Old Town and to Kazimierz. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. I would book again for trip to Krakow. "

"The apartment was clean, had everything I needed during my stay. Saint Agnes Apartments located really close to Wawel Castle and the Old Town. There are some really good cafes nearby for breakfast. A great place to stay. "

"The apartment is located only 5 minutes away from the main market in Kraków. There is a cute park-like area behind the building. Great breakfast and lunch/dinner options right around the corner (Italian restaurant in the building). Highly recommend staying here!"

"Property was very welcoming, clean, organized, roomy, and ideally located in the heart of Old Town Square where multiple stores and restaurants were easily accessible. Communication with property owner was very good with quick answering. I would highly recommend this property and would surely look for this place when me and my family visit again in the future. "

"Never got a code for the lockbox. Couldn’t get through to the 24/7 helpline number. Had to purchase another place to stay. AFTER we booked and paid for another place to stay, we had someone else call with a Polish number and they got through the helpline. It seems only people will a Polish phone number can actually connect to Novum House helpline. Very unfortunate and frustrating to be left stranded. "

"The accommodation was small but sufficient for a few nights stay. The beds were not the most comfortable but ok and issue with one of the beds but fixed and new mattress supplied same day so good customer service. Although a strip club and Burger King under apartments it was safe and secure and felt safe and would use the apartments again due to close proximity literally next to the main square. "
