"Best check-in & communication from a host I’ve ever experienced. Property was as described & such a great vibe. Bed super comfy. I booked this unit because it had a bathtub but stopper didn’t work. Understood host may not have known this. They were quick to respond to the issue. BTW garbage truck comes Thursday morning 6am 😉. Will definitely be back!"

"First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

"I have stayed at several Jungle House properties, and I will continue to give them my business. They really do a great job checking in and making sure you have everything you need. Great locations with a clean, comfortable stay!"

"Excellent location. The highway and people above were a bit loud but it was easily drowned out mostly. Would be a great place for anything at the convention center."

"The helpful staff and my room was clean as well the hotel, the breakfast was fantastic and the casino was an easy walk over and accessible."

"Very clean and nice room, quiet and close to where I needed to be. Great room for the price. If I find myself in Columbus again I will definitely try to stay here again"

"Staff checking us in seemed as if she hated her job. We did not feel welcome at all. Bed was uncomfortable."

"Great location, nice people"

"I had cold water for my 5am shower on a Sunday morning 😑 They are currently remodeling and that was fine. It was still clean and the staff was great. I stayed on the second floor and taking the stairs was way quicker than taking the elevator. They have the elevator placed at one end of the building. It was a long hike to it, and a long hike the opposite direction to get to our room (think mouse maze). Breakfast was good."

"The Jungle Room was super cute and comfy! We even had a little patio to have a glass of wine! We had excellent communication from management and had no issues. It’s in a great location with tons of restaurants and bars. We were in town for a hockey game and it’s just a quick walk."

"It was great and in a perfect location downtown"

"Everything was great! Super clean and great breakfast. Pool was nice too!"

"The room was clean. The property has a bit of wear and tear, but the staff did a great job with check in, cleaning and breakfast. It was great value."

"We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning. We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus."
