"Excellent. More than I expected. It felt very personal without it being manned by a reception. Questions over WhatsApp were quickly managed, friendly and efficient. Apartment/room was full of locally made furniture etc, with info about them. My only gripe was the linen could have been softer. Felt a bit tough. Maybe it was new…?"

"This is a "Holiday Club". Unless you are there with your family to partake in the waterpark do not stay here. Nothing was open when we got there at 3pm. No bar, no restaurant, except pizza and Hersberger. Breakfast in the morning is late, too late for anyone expecting to get an early start. Just a bad choice unless you want to go to the waterpark."

The forthcoming reception service assured us easy parking and a spacious, very comfortable room directly at our quite early arrival, the room in line with our reservation, of course. The rhythm of the stay was facilitated by a full breakfast included. Lots to do and see within the hotel and around, with a helpful and knowing personnel always available, and the historic city of Turku just a short bus ride away. +++"
