"The hotel was so very comfortable with comfy beds, huge rooms and clean. The staff were all really friendly and had even put up a birthday banner and balloons for us as we were celebrating our birthdays, such a lovely surprise! The pool and spa area was nice and poop was a nice temperature. "

The pizza that was delivered was an obvious one that you can buy cheaply from Tesco's. It had a stuffed crust filled with tomato sauce, that was not on the menu and no halepinos. "Thought the area and hotel was brilliant, was slightly disappointed with the superior room, thought it would be better standard. Expected a better room instead of the attic space that we got ,apart from that great location and peaceful. "

"Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."

"Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Pub staff also, and kindly gave my father no less than 5 different tasters of beers so he could decide what to drink! Lovely quirky interior - looks small from the outside but had lots of different small dining areas inside. Only tiny drawback was the very steep hill up from the rooms furthest away from reception. I hadn't seen it flagged on anything but that may have been because I used a third party site to book online"

"Quiet the Friday we stayed , good service ,ate in the restaurant dinner and breakfast both good , certainly tucked away albeit with a decent view overlooking the pier, (sea view room ) and tbh doesn't really feel like your in the brash of the seafront, will stay again "
