"We enjoyed an amazing stay with friends and our dogs at the Guava Cottage. The house was immaculately clean and every necessity was thought of.The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could ask for. Bathrooms had all the amenities as well. Plenty of thoughtful touches abounded: Charge cords plugged in at the ready, Spa towels in a basket by the hot tub, Garden hose by the front porch to clean the sand off yourself and pets.Speaking of pets, there were blankets staged for the couches and chairs, as well as a feeding station set up in the laundry room. Pet towels, leash, and collar were thoughtfully arranged as well.The neighborhood is very quiet and you’re about a minute walk to the beach. From there you can walk over a mile in each direction along a nice flat sandy beach.For entertainment, there are many games available to play. The smart TV is loaded with all of the major apps so you can connect your accounts. Cell service is very spotty in the area but very fast and stable WiFi is offered.The host is very communicative and responsive. We are hoping to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future!"

"Excellent location, a short walk to the beach, as advertised, and located in a quiet neighborhood. The entire house was spacious, modern, and well-maintained and included every amenity that guests would fine useful, including a washer and dryer with laundry supplies. This house was near-perfect and we wished we could have stayed longer. The only down side was the accounting and management process--an absolute nightmare! I went thru four different offices for the booking, payment, and check in process which was way too many and a big waste of my time. I booked thru Expedia online, then VRBO charged its fee as a separate amount, then the host, Casago required a photo ID and selfie for check in and provided me with an invoice, and check in instructions via. cell phone, then Evolve somehow got involved when I had questions about the ID process. There must be a better way of managing properties like this that would simplify the process for customers."
