Parking was tough only b/c others didn't stay within the lines... easy access to room and room was clean.

This was a nice property with clean rooms and a nice lobby area. The pool is in the next building but it was nice and the hot tub was great. The stimulus cafe in the building was really tasty for breakfast and was nice to have some vegetarian/vegan options. Cape Kiwands is right across the street so it was nice to go and hike/explore that. There is construction across the street right now, so a bit of an eye sore, but could still see the ocean and the haystack rock. It wasn't noisy or anything so not a big inconvenience. I would not recommend eating at Pelican brewery across the street. It is old, run down, the food is seriously overpriced and poor quality. Some locals recommended trying other pubs in town instead as well, wish we would've listened other.

The view was great, the bed was comfortable and room had a kitschy vibe - but we could only get warm (not hot) water in the shower and the carpet has seen much better days.

We heard traffic on the highway. Next door motel started sand blasting 5 am everyday. Everyone was driving in and out putting boats in the water. Not very restful.
