Yesterday, at approximately 10:15 a.m., my companion became trapped inside the elevator for about 30 minutes. When the doors closed, they did so forcefully while my companion was in the middle, nearly causing a serious back injury. During this time, the elevator was moving erratically, going up and down abruptly, which created a very dangerous and distressing situation.
