Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The location is handy because it is aprox 10 to 15 minutes from the airport and the staff is kind however the property lack of hygiene the room was very smelly, it would help to do some good wall cleaning and painting a general hygiene cleaning within the property. It could have been cleaner and it could have smelled better. It is challenging to spend a night in a room that is smelly of body odor. The air condition does not help with this.

El propietario de hotel manifiesta usar Booking y a su vez dice que no cuenta con usuario en Hoteles.com lo cual abre la puerta a un posible caso de suplantación de identidad, mi reserva no aparecía reflejada en su sistema y el pago tampoco, me tocó pagar en sitio. Por otro lado, para la habitación 406 se debe revisar el estado de la tubería del lavamanos y el inodoro pues la presión es muy baja en ellos, se recomienda instalar más tomas de corrientes ya que solo hay 2 y ambos están en la parte trasera del TV, se recomienda reinstalar el lavamanos pues tiene un notorio declive hacia el cuerpo del usuario.
