Good location - poor condition of apartment

The on line picture were deceiving as to condition and layout of apartment. The second bathroom was a utility room on the roof with a shower fit for children size. The description did not indicate it being accessible only by a steep staircase to the third floor through a restaurant. Not very clean. Overall poor condition. Not possible to cook in kitchen.

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung in phantastischer Lage

Wohnung in Altbau mit wenig Komfort. Im 2.Stockwerk mit wunderbarer sehr großer Terrasse darüber. Direkte Lage an Promenade und Strand Fragata. Ruhig in der Nacht. Kaffee, Salz, Pfeffer, Wasser fehlen.
