Although a bit ‘tired’, a nice place to stay for a good price. Mainly because of the location (close to centre and beach). Friendly staff.

Sitges

Didn’t read about getting room key at a different location so that was daunting especially coming in late at night. Had to take a taxi to go there and back while leaving the majority of my party waiting. Room was very clean but is very outdated. Sofa sleeper has seen better days and the mattress are pretty hard. But location was ideal.

We had to walk a mile late at night to check in as the ‘reception’ was at the Head Office hotel. There was no reception or staff on site The pool was closed. The room was not serviced - we had the same sheets & towels the whole week. Such a shame as Sitges is a lovely place.

Location of the property was great but conditions were terrible and communication were all in Spanish which I found it hard to use and also the reception were you collect your keys is a different address and where your property is located is 10min away and I found it hard as it was our first time in that city and we were not familiar with the area and also I booked for four people and was charged for that but we had a sofa bed instead of a bed and no clean pillow and blankets.

Not what advertised

Unfortunately what is advertised is not what you get - we applied for a 2 bed apartment and was given a double bed and 2 sofa beds, both being over 6 foot tall we could not sleep for 13 nights in a shirt sofa bed. We had to pay over £200 for another apartment with 2 beds. I dont understand how you can advertise 2 King bed and get a double and 2 sofa beds.

Está ubicado lejos del centro pero en un barrio hermoso. Hay que hacer un depósito que después lo devuelven. Los departamentos si bien son cómodos, solo se acceden por escalera, las almohadas son muy pequeñas. Pero están cerca de la playa y es muy lindo Stiges.

Una buena estancia :)

Las trabajadoras de recepción son muy lindos :) Me gustaría mucho mi estancia, mi solo quejo es que los vecinos jovenes al habitacion de mi lado estaban muy ruidoso durante todo la noches, gritando y saltando en la piscina a la 1:00 de la mañana. No es el culpa del hotel, solo mala suerte que estaba a lado de gente maleducada.

El alojamiento presentaba deficiencias importantes en cuanto a limpieza y mantenimiento, la bañera tenia defectos y suciedad debido a ello, los radiadores de calefacción no funcionaban y no se nos informó que el aire acondicionado debía de conectarse como mínimo 30 minutos para que empezara funcionar la bomba de calor, tengo fotografías que demuestran la suciedad
