They keep your deposit for as long as they can.
"Property is fine, although it is hardly Sitges town centre. It's 20 minutes out of town and 15 minutes from anywhere. Most unhappy about the return of our damages deposit. Although the refund was cleared on 6 Oct, it took until 13 Nov to arrive. Apparently, the deposit had been passed to the property ..."

Really nice place tucked away in the hills behind Sitges
"The house was just what we needed for a quiet family getaway. The pool was fab and we spent a lot of time splashing around in it with the children. Evenings were calm and quiet with just the crickets in the background chirping away."

Dec 31, 2019Sitges is a charming beach village where one can spend the majority of the day walking the promenade and trying local cuisines. Highly recommend making reservations at Moreno Major 17, excellent food, amazing house Vermouth with wonderful staff.

Dec 8, 2019We love Sitges, this is our second time visiting, and I would happily go back. It's a quick drive or train ride to Barcelona (we've done both), and wineries are a quick 30-40 minute drive away.
