This may not be the lap of luxury resort, but the bathroom was clean, the bed comfy and the outdoor seating areas provide the quest some excellent quiet space. "We keep coming back to Landmark because we love it so much. The views are incredible. Location is great, close enough to Egg Harbor but out of the direct hustle and bustle. Property is so peaceful. We use the walking trails, tennis courts, playground, shuffleboard, and love walking over to pickup food at the restaurant. My only suggestion for management would be to start replacing condo doors with solid doors for soundproofing. But overall, the general theme is relaxation (haven't experienced anyone up late being noisy) so noise isn't a deterrent for us. "
