Beautiful waterfront property in Door County over looking the bay of Green Bay. Perfectly located on Bay Shore Drive 10 minutes north of Sturgeon Bay and 15 minutes south of Egg Harbor. This newly built, upper unit has a private entrance, 2 queen size beds and fold-up cot, full kitchen, full bathroom with a private toilet room and a full living room with balcony that overlooks Little Harbor for some of the most amazing sunsets in Door County. Enjoy your morning coffee from your private deck, watching the boats and our 3 Small Cavapoos and Chickens play in the yard:) We also have ***High Speed WiFi with Netflix and Live Stream Capabilities, also 4 - 1 person kayaks and a full size Old Town Canoe for use anytime during you stay! We have a nice variety of life jackets and water shoes also for use:). We look forward to meeting you!

Gorgeous and peaceful!
We absolutely loved this stay. It was spotless and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals - which we did - and complete with lots of fun coffee options! The dining and living room areas were roomy and every tastefully decorated. It was such a peaceful and calming vibe! The colors and the floors were just beautiful; I wish we'd been able to stay a few more days! Other than food, there wasn't anything else we needed to get by for the time we were there! The beds were soooo comfortable and it was such a quiet neighborhood that we were able to keep the window open at night. The bathroom was a perfect size and nice and clean! There was a balcony that overlooked the yard (complete with chickens that were very quiet and fun to watch) and three of the sweetest puppies you will ever meet! We were treated to a gorgeous view of the lake. It was the perfect morning coffee spot and had a pretty view of the evening sunset. There is no question we would stay here again. The property was extremely well maintained and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Close enough to town to get a few groceries as needed, but secluded enough that you didn't realize it was that close! We found it to be extremely relaxing and welcoming after a long day spent exploring the areas of beautiful Door County. Best of all, the owners were so kind and gracious! We truly appreciated the opportunity to stay here! Five stars!!

Door County Getaway
The property is located on Green Bay with a nice view and access if you want. The property is very clean and is well maintained. My wife and I decided to go to Door County for a 4 day weekend. It is an apartment above a garage, and the owners do live on the property. They are a very nice couple and we had a nice chat on our last night. They were very respectful of our privacy. We used the location to travel throughout the peninsula and it was very easy to navigate. Highly recommend for a couples getaway. I expect we’ll be back.

Wonderful Property Right on the Lake
We had a relaxing stay on Sturgeon Bay. This property is literally on the water. Adam and Jen were very hospitable and responsive. The property is a second floor unit, which is connected to the owner’s home. They have very cute dogs and several chickens, which are not disruptive to the overall peaceful vibe of the place. The unit is very nicely decorated and updated. We towed kayaks on our trailer, and there was ample room next to the unit to park and stow them. A bonus is that I actually caught several smallmouth bass off the dock, and one decent 3-pounder. The only feedback that I would give to the owner is that the bedroom can get a little warm. There is good AC in the main room, but it does not flow back to the bedroom. This would only be an issue on really warm evenings. We would come back for sure.

Not what we expected
To start off we wanted to say that the owners were very friendly and their place was beautiful. We unfortunately were very disappointed in our stay. We booked this place thinking that it was the whole house based on the picture provided. To our surprise, we came to the property only to find out that the place we rented was attached directly next to the owners. We felt deceived. We came there for our honeymoon, to get away to be alone and to have privacy. We were told we could use the beach, dock, kayakes. We did not use any of that because the owners would sit out on their deck all day, had a very large 20+ family gathering on Saturday. There were kids and dogs running around...NO PRIVACY to enjoy just the two of us. We ended up leaving all day to go to other beaches because we felt so incredibly uncomfortable. Also to note, the kayakes we filthy and not ready for use, the beach was covered with rocks and algae and was not a welcoming area to relax. We personally wouldnt want to stay here again. The owners need to disclose the fact that they are attached to the rental. If you want privacy, i wouldnt recommend this place.

Lakeview Relaxation
We enjoyed our stay! Great location—it was nice to sit on the patio or couch and look out at the pretty view of the lake. Close to a dock in Sturgeon Bay to catch the sunset. Very clean. Nice quality towels, cabinets stocked for cooking and grilling, folding chairs we were able to use lakeside and to catch some live music. Door County magazine & guides to read about local things to do. Outdoor amenities are shared with the friendly owners and dogs. The keypad entry was nice so we didn’t have to keep track of a key.

terrific stay!
This was the perfect getaway for my husband and myself. It was partially secluded and quiet, save the sounds of nature. Yet, it was just a short drive to everything we could want. The outdoor view was beautiful. The living space was clean and spacious, with charming custom woodwork. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Farm fresh eggs were a bonus. Wonderful stay
The property is beautiful with a fun little playground that our 3 year old couldn't get enough of. The sunsets were beautiful and it was a nice secluded quiet area. Adam and Jen are great hosts. Beautiful Quiet and Peaceful Property
We loved our trip to Door County. This was a great place to stay, very clean and spacious property. Plenty of kitchen space for cooking a few of our own meals and all the cooking utensils we needed. Beautiful views off the deck! Adam and Jen are wonderful hosts, even so kind as to let our daughter hand feed their beautiful chickens. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time!! This getaway was truly good for our souls. This wooded property right on the lake was EXACTLY what we needed. We loved having coffee and farm fresh eggs on the deck in the morning while enjoying the beauty of the lake and nature surrounding us (the sunsets were amazing to witness later in the day…breathtaking!) The condo was beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and well stocked with very comfortable beds, pillows and an amazing shower. The location was perfect! It was an easy drive to everything that we wanted to explore in Door County. We will undoubtedly be back. Thank you, Adam and Jen.

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay here and took advantage of all amenities! The kids were in the water every day. All four of us used the two kayaks available, which was great since the weather was a bit cool for the adults to want to swim. We ate most meals on the deck (which was peaceful), grilled, and enjoyed s’mores over the fire pit our last evening there. Adam and Jen were wonderful hosts. They were helpful in providing recommendations (it was our first trip to Door County), and let our kids play with their dogs. We enjoyed the chocolates and fresh eggs too!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our hosts were available as needed and helpful. Fresh eggs from their on site chickens were a special treat. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows (a light blanket option would be helpful). Patio, water view & access to the grounds to sit by the water is very nice. The fire pit was enjoyable with the logs provided by Adam. Kitchen was well stocked (suggest you add some regular salt, pepper, & garbage bags). Got to all the Door County towns easily and within 20-60 minutes from this location. Some may want to be closer to nearby towns, but definitely a relaxing location.
