"The room has no refrigerator. There is no ice on property. We met some people on the rooftop terrace that said the hotel loaned them a cooler. We asked if they had one on Sunday night, thinking that there might be a better chance to get one since it was slower, but no. We iced our things in a converted trash can. The staff was very kind. Our room, #1 was right next to the office and the street and the restaurant. So noisy in the morning. The hotel was 2 blocks from the beach. Staff is super kind as well as the people in the restaurant . No free coffee at the hotel in the morning as it implies. In the lobby the sign said coffee between 6 and 10 PM. OK hotel in a great location with very kind people."

"My stay was very peaceful and relaxing. Only comment would be to have more ways to store clothing. The room is very large and could accommodate more storage. Do not use the airport transfer being offered by the owner. It was 3times a charge by Uber. Otherwise i would stay here again."

"The hotel was just great and the staff was so lovely and helpful and kind. The pool was fantastic and beds super comfortable. It’s a little out of town so you need a car and I would bring what you need with you from Merida but it was just perfect for our week on the beach."

"This is a beautiful oasis with quick access to whatever you'd like to do. The backyard pool area is epic. So peaceful & relaxing... Staff show up on a regular basis to ensure the pool & landscaping is clean and kept beautiful. The home itself met our every need. We stayed for 4 weeks and felt completely at home. "

"Beautiful home in quiet location. The area is beautiful and we only saw 3 people in the beach the entire time there. I have never seen more sea shells in my life. We had 7 people and everyone enjoyed there room and bathroom. The local manager is very friendly and helpful and easy to work with. We also used Adrianna for some meals and they were huge and very delicious. The house is showing signs of wear due to the tough salty environment, but all in all, great trip. Also, there is a new dirt road that is very smooth, so no issue or discomfort getting to the house. We also enjoyed Sisal and the restaurants very much"
