And the morning staff went above and beyond. There is a man who works at the desk at night who was rude and was not helpful at all and would not help answer my questions or help me at all. "An excellent hotel at really good value. The area its in is quiet but convenient, with the bus stop very close and lots of shops and well as great restaurants. The hotel also offers bike and electric scooter hire too - though we didnt opt for either as it was so easy to get around by bus or on foot. Its an alright waliing distance from sirmione castle as well, walking right next to the lake. Service at the hotel is excellent, staff are amazingly welcoming and friendly. And i agree with other...

"Staff were so helpful. Location was excellent, 20 min walk to old town, 20 min walk to new town and shuttle bus stop right outside if you don’t want to walk. Peaceful Private jetty and lovely clean pool were a big bonus. "

"Fantastic view of the lake and distant mountains from the balcony. Comfortable room although in the fully equipped bathroom, the toilet was very close to the shower (you had to stand on the shower tray to use the toilet). The hotel is very convenient for the town (just round the corner). Plenty of parking available. I decided to stay an extra night. Good wi-fi"
