"The room was very clean and nice, although there was a big crack under the door so a lot of little critters could come in which was kinda cute with the exception of a scorpion that stung my boyfriend. Zayro was very communicative and friendly. The pool was also very clean and private which was great. "We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets....

"Fantasztikus családi vállalkozás! A hely egyszerűen hihetetlen. Távol a világ zajától az esőerdő mélyén. A háziasszony finom ételeket készít! Ő a lelke az egésznek. Mindenki felkészült a természet kincseiből, amiből van itt bőven! A túránk során , amit a férje vezetett, láttunk és fényképeztünk Tukánt, Spider monkeyt, és még egy másik fajtát is, és sok sok madarat. Éjszaka pedig békát és kígyót is! "Die Anlage ist mitten in der schönen Natur und läd ein alle Trails die sich auf dem Gelände befinden zu begehen.Die Lodge ist mit viel Liebe zu Natur und Detail eingerichtet .. "We both share part of miscommunication at check in, since we arrived at night and they don't have frint desk at this hour. And we didn't tell them about our arrival. "The welcome by being collected on the beach and having our luggage taken to the room was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and the view was gorgeous. We were disappointed with the general service, particularly in the hotels restaurant. We booked a table on the first evening and it wasn't ready when we arrived, with the staff seeming stressed at our arrival. We were sat down 15 minutes late and the food took over an hour to arrive, during which time we were not visited once by the staff...

"Really great staff who really know the area and cultivate the farm. They can give you information on ecology you won't find outside of guided tour groups in the park, and there's also yoga. The property is beautiful and it is easy to see birds. It is a pretty primitive property and so you should be expecting bug bites and no modern comforts. Bathing in rainwater is amazing, but it is also not warm. Also the ants really bite- I was itchy for a week afterward. So be careful. "

"Wonderful, accommodating, and attentive staff!! Beautiful lodge and rooms. Jungle and gorgeously landscaped flowering grounds surround the lodge. The food was delicious and in ample amounts. We did the snorkeling trip to Cano island and the hike in Corcovado park. Saw lots of wildlife on both, though even at the lodge we saw Macaws, a Toucan, Capuchin monkeys, and a large snake climbing a tree!
