The light bulbs were all out except for two. When we arrived the front desk attendant ignored us and took other incoming guests ahead of us. Do not waste your time or money on this place, there are others that are far better quality."

"Apartment is not really designed for more than 4-5 people. The apartment was so cold and one of the rooms had no heating. We requested additional blankets but our request was ignored so my elderly parents had to sleep in their jackets for 3 nights. Location is excellent and hard to beat, very convenient."
