"We had a fantastic stay! The guest house was very well put together, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. One of the highlights was being able to see and hear eagles and loons right from the property—it really added to the northern getaway experience!The location was also great, with easy access to Redditt and Kenora while still feeling peaceful and tucked away. Our host was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay.We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-kept place to enjoy the area!"

"The room was spotless, the bed was beyond comfortable. Loved the phone chargers on the night stand. Easy access to Netflix. We could have used more cream and sugar for our morning coffees but that’s okay 😊 It’s a beautiful secluded spot to sit outside and enjoy your coffee and have a friendly visit from the camp dog. Unless we missed it, signage on the highway would be helpful. Thank you for having us!"

"Kenora was booked for all hotels, in the summertime, this is often due to the construction season, festival season, fishing season and so on. I booked this booking last minute as I needed accommodations for 3 people. Not only was he host super accommodating he had very good communication with me. 10/10 would recommend. The gentlemen who stayed said the resort was beautiful, it was clean and it was easy to get to and accommodated a 5-Ton truck for overnights. Thank you!"

"We had a fun stay at this cabin! The waterfront location and gorgeous lake views were amazing, and the screened porch was the perfect spot to hang out. The beach was a blast — we spent lots of time in the kayak and on the lily pad float mats, and the weather couldn’t have been better. It was also convenient having boat rentals right on site. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking, and the owners were really nice and responsive whenever we had questions.The cabin could use a deeper clean and some updates where wear and tear is visible. We noticed cobwebs, dust, stains, chipped floor tiles, and found candy wrappers under the beds from previous guests.Keep in mind that the local grocery store doesn’t take U.S. cards (though there’s an ATM), so it’s manageable but a little inconvenient.Overall, we had a really great time — the location and lake activities made the trip memorable. With a bit more attention to cleaning and some small upgrades, this place would be absolutely fantastic!"
