"Excellent layout and amenities. Great location. Was not on the beach but a 10 min walk. The beds were firm, pillows a little too hard, could have used more bath towels. Only comforter was in queen room. Didnt have a dryer but did have a washer. Would have liked a blowdryer and a coffee pot or a french press. LOVED the veranda and the view. It was well equipped. Was hard to get a hold of property management and find the actual property but we had all the tools to stay in and cook and clean up....

We reached out to the front desk and the golf shop via email and phone. We only were able to communicate with the golf shop via phone and the prices quoted over the phone and posted on the website were different at the resort…When we brought up the issue to management they simply said the “the price is the price” …that...

"First of all, although the Jan Thiel area overall is nicer, as a resort Blue Bay is great. It’s nice, safe and close to town. The check in experience was the worst: they weren’t expecting us (even though their own print out said check in on the 16th, they had written 17 on the paper). The property manager was quickly cleaning the unit (it wasn’t dirty but maybe not used for a little while). Worst of all they then told us that at the mid point of our stay we would have to move as somebody else...
