"What an absolutely dreamy place. The accommodations were wonderful everything is amazing. Two bathrooms with teens is a big plus. The hosts Carlo and Consuelo were kind and informative saved us a parking spot right in front of house . Plenty to do just walking around, but driving to the beaches was just incredible. We will be back when it’s warmer but not too crowded . Wish it was just a little warmer but beyond that superb. This is the place to stay with your family on this magical island!...

"The room was extremely clean, well decorated, and updated. The staff are absolutely excellent and a pleasure to work with, especially the property manager Chiara! She goes out of her way to make it an excellent experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone! Thank you!"

"It does not look like from the outside what a nice property it is . The only issue was, the WiFi does only work in the common areas. The google map could not find it ,so an update should be done on signage and directions."

"Sardinia Gem House was the best stay of our 2 week stay in Italy split up between 4 different VRBOs. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, even little things like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. It was a great location to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The host, Loredana is the best! She was so accomadating and had the best personality! Highly recommended!"

"We were very warmly greeted by Roger & Monica on arrival to the apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished & was spotlessly clean. "Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Campulongu sehr genossen. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Mit toller Terrasse und insgesamt sehr ruhige Lage. Der Weg zum Meer ist wunderschön und optimal, da es sehr kurz ist (weniger als 5 Minuten). Die Kommunikation mit Jacopo war auch sehr gut."

"We spent 2 days early October in this beautiful appartment near Solanas. The appartment is very clean and stylish, has everything you need. The little terasse is perfect for having a wine in the evening. Vittorio is a very nice and reliably host. He picked us up at the gas station nearby. Everything was uncomplicqated. If you are lucky, you will be visited by a litlle cat, we called her Solanas. What one of the most affectionate and cute cat we have ever met! Perfect place for a couple to relax...

"Prima verblijf gehad! Perfect qua locatie… vlakbij het trein- en busstation en om de hoek is het centrum. Alleen als je slecht ter been bent kan het lastig zijn, omdat je best een hoge trap op moet en de lift op de 1ste verdieping is. Maar communicatie was prima! Raad deze accommodatie zeker aan!"

"Angelo’s apartment was amazing: super clean, totally equipped with everything you might need. All new looking, beautifully furnished. Angelo was very good at recommending beaches, sights, restaurants and directions. "Just 40 meters from the clearest bluest water and white sand beach this Solanas villa really was charming with elegant style. Surrounded by a gorgeous green hedge this dream villa met all of our needs. Discreet and private but ideally located. This gem has really enchanted us and we are already looking at rebooking!"

"We had a fantastic time away. It was just what we needed peace and quiet with nature surrounding you. The grounds of the villa kept our kids endlessly entertained. There was lots of wildlife to see, swimming pool, play area, chickens, football pitch and plenty of shade if needed. Alice was fantastic from start to finish was at the end of the phone if needed and provided lots of advice. Couldn’t recommend this place enough if your looking for sometime away to rest."
