"Our stay was great overall. The house was very clean with all the amenities. The terrace was wonderful for breakfast and lunch, but got hot in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the swimming pool hours were limited in July. Air Conditioning worked, but did not fully reach the room with the bunk beds. The rain shower was a real treat. It was a great place for a family holiday."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Campulongu sehr genossen. Das Appartement hat alles, was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Mit toller Terrasse und insgesamt sehr ruhige Lage. Der Weg zum Meer ist wunderschön und optimal, da es sehr kurz ist (weniger als 5 Minuten). Die Kommunikation mit Jacopo war auch sehr gut."

"Sardinia Gem House was the best stay of our 2 week stay in Italy split up between 4 different VRBOs. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, even little things like salt, pepper, coffee, etc. It was a great location to lots of great restaurants, shopping, and transportation. The host, Loredana is the best! She was so accomadating and had the best personality! Highly recommended!"

"We were very warmly greeted by Roger & Monica on arrival to the apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished & was spotlessly clean. "Very good apartment. Very clean with very good aircon and WiFi only negative was stairs to bedroom level rather steep. Right in the centre of Marina area and spoilt for choice with number of restaurants. Rail station a few minutes walk and short bus ride to Poetto Beach. Would highly recommend if visiting Cagliari"

"We spent 2 days early October in this beautiful appartment near Solanas. The appartment is very clean and stylish, has everything you need. The little terasse is perfect for having a wine in the evening. Vittorio is a very nice and reliably host. He picked us up at the gas station nearby. Everything was uncomplicqated. If you are lucky, you will be visited by a litlle cat, we called her Solanas. What one of the most affectionate and cute cat we have ever met! Perfect place for a couple to relax...

"Angelo’s apartment was amazing: super clean, totally equipped with everything you might need. All new looking, beautifully furnished. Angelo was very good at recommending beaches, sights, restaurants and directions. "Hidden costs for cleaning which was extremely disappointing (be prepared to cough up extra €60 for that). Extra charges for the towels (€10 er set per person) which are not included in the price. Never experienced anything like that. For the 6 days of stay apartment wasn't cleaned even once and you have to take care of your rubbish!!! No sofa in the room you can only seat at the wonky chair or lay down on your bed. Wi-fi was almost non existing. Only in communal areas and that wasn't working...

"The payment process. I had to ring up expedia to clarify. It seemed like i was been charged by the property upon arrival. By ringing expedia they were able to find out that they were charging the expedia virtual card. There was no need for the property to have me sit there while the virtual card was been charged. They should have done that either before i arrived or after i left. They also made a big deal of cleaning the apartment before we left but they did not have adequate cleaning supplies...
