Front desk staff was not very helpful, just seemed to go through the motions and put minimal effort into accommodating our stay. Bellman was very helpful but the front desk reception was mediocre. Oasia Hotel Downtown Singapore by Far East Hospitality
This was our 2nd time staying at Oasia Downtown. The location is great, right next to a subway stop but also walkable. The Club Floor room was spacious and the breakfast, pool and sundowners were great.
