"The lotte hotel Seoul is sooooooo amazing. The hospitality and service is unmatched. I’ve never felt more like royalty than when I stayed here. The executive tower is worth it!!!!! If you have the chance, definitely try the hotel restaurant Mugunghwa - it is on a top level so you get an amazing dining experience with views to match. What an experience! We will be back!!!!!"

"I really loved this hotel! It was in a great location (walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping stores) and it was right next to the airport limousine stop! The room and bathroom was clean. Also, having the bidet was nice. They have a coin laundry within the hotel and they stored my luggage when I checked out. A convenience store was right next door. Location was ideal! I would definitely stay here again."

"Amazing stay at Lotte World Hotel😍 I just love this hotel; from the design, the ambiance, the entire staff (from the front desk, the concierge, the restaurant…) was extremely helpful and so friendly. Everything was absolutely perfect 👍 The food at the restaurant was so delicious with a wide range of wine selection…and we couldn’t get enough☺️ The location is great! (Attractions, department store, a few blocks from a street foods etc…) "
