"Stayed here for five days recuperating from busy days in Rome. The garden was absolutely spectacular so quiet and quaint beautiful Italian love spending time in the comfortable chairs making home cooked dinner having wine visiting with Orchard cats as they cruise through the property. The host was unbelievably kind and generous loved the option of being able to purchase wine on the property without having to go into town. Speaking of town is about a 10 minute drive away Several cute places to eat and grocery stores. A fantastic little place in the middle of the country side centrally locatedcould not recommend this more. Cannot wait to come back again!!!"

"Beautiful property outside and inside,comfortable and well equipped with many thoughtful touches. Located about an hour from Florence and 45 minutes from Siena. Owner lives nearby, is very friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Owner uses Google translate to communicate from Italian to English. Next door neighbor also very kind and speaks perfect English. My husband had back issues and his mobility was compromised. We wanted to see Florence but felt this would be impossible given his inability to walk and the auto restrictions in the city. Owner put us in touch with a guide and car service that had a special permit to drive in city. Both Excellent. When I sprained my ankle night before we left, owner whose husband owns a pharmacy in nearby Lucignano drove to town, got special zinc bandage for my ankle and bandaged it up enabling us to continue on next day "
