"The staff was fantastic! The front desk was very helpful when I called to inquire about something, very helpful at checkin and check out. We also had trouble getting the door to the pool area to open with our keycard and housekeeping was there and was adamant about helping us get in. When she couldn’t get it, she got another staff member to assist who eventually got it to work. The lady covering the breakfast area was also helpful. We appreciated the excellent customer service we received! "
