"Amazing views of the Ohio River and unique design with a lot of character. It was the perfect amount of communal space and privacy for our family of four.Only negatives were some deferred maintenance (leaking fridge, missing remotes, dirty air filter and some outdoor lights out)"

"I’m from Louisville, but moved away a few years ago, and the location is perfect! This apartment was absolutely charming; very comfy bed, a good sized kitchen, and a lovely, lighted patio. I would stay again in a heartbeat! Super responsive management team, and a safe and secure environment! Would note, that if you aren’t able to climb stairs, this wouldn’t be your spot, but other than that, I couldn’t recommend it more!"

"We had a fine experience here in this area of Louisville. There are several shops many beautiful homes. It’s an older neighborhood. We felt very safe and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but it was convenient to our shopping and Churchill Downs event. The only thing I didn’t understand when I was checking in is that this is an apartment home so there is another apartment being rented, but it provided no problem or issue for us"

"Great place to stay and great location. Coffee shop across street within walking distance, as well as a small diner within walking distance. The check-in process was easy with the provided gate and door codes. The apartment itself has a great kitchen with dishes, mixing bowls, etc. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. If you are sensitive to light for sleeping, maybe bring a sleep mask as it is pretty bright with after lights and/or early morning sun. Otherwise, no...
