"I accidentally left my bag of toiletries at the hotel. The staff was so helpful in recovering it and seeing to shipping it home to me (I paid for that, of course). But they were very gracious and helpful about it. We really enjoyed our stay at Clark Summit."

"We had no hotel chain preference so stayed at 3 different ones during our trip. What a great surprise for our first time at a Fairfield Inn Marriott hotel! Room was spacious & clean, Exercise room had multiple WORKING machines, breakfast had many delicious choices & staff was friendly! Definitely we have a hotel preference for our next trip!"

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The dining area was clean, there was a variety of food and was constantly replenished. Only downside is I requested a handicap room,and they consider handicap to be hearing impaired. Problem was taken care of. Just be sure you request what you need in their language."
