We had an issue with our room and Kim was able to quickly address the issue and offer us complimentary food and drinks for our troubles. The hotel itself is in a great location and was close to everything. We were there to take “The Office Self Guided Tour” and the location of the hotel is perfect for all of the sites.

This hotel is a fantastic place to stay. It's right in the middle of the action, and you can walk to most local restaurants, bars, and shops (lots to do and enjoy in the area). Also, the staff is amazing, they go above and beyond ot help you and guide you if you want recommendations. A few local places I recommend: Backyard Ale House, Ale Mary's, Noir, lots more, but these are good. Bottom line, definitely a good place to stay if you are visiting downtown Scranton.
