"Room was very clean and had great amenities minor gripes were not having shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom as well as lots of noise from the room upstairs until 1am despite a 10pm rule on noise. Additional noise included cleaning in the room upstairs starting at 8am that woke me up as well as happening in adjacent rooms when trying to rest later on around 6pm."

"The room was clean and comfortable and though small provided lots of storage. The room overlooked the main road but was amazingly quiet. Also didn't hear a peep from neighbors. Bathroom was basic but lovely with a walk in shower with both handheld and rain shower. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and well-worth it. They even provided breakfast to go packs for our early morning departure. Location is excellent, close to main train station and trams and a short walk to the magnificent Belvedere Palace, Museum and Gardens."
