"The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was actually really well done for a continental breakfast, we were impressed. The staff was pretty helpful and pleasant. We really liked the accessability to Universal either walking or taking the bus - it dropped off right at the front entrance to both!"

"Wonderful clean and conveniently located hotel. Just minutes to Beverly Hills, UCLA and an easy ride to Malibu or the SFV. Tough for pets or dogs because there is limited out door space to walk them. It's not a walkable location at all. The hotel is beautiful and the staff including the valet people are wonderful."

Ramada by Wyndham Burbank Airport

"I recently stayed at the Ramada Inn in Burbank near the airport, and found it to be very nice and clean accommodations. The staff was very helpful. It is an older motel but well kept. I was a little disappointed to find it was in kind of a industrial area with nothing near by. So you should definitely have your own transportation."

The Huntley Hotel

"We had a great one-night stay at The Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica. The hotel was very clean, and our room felt modern and upscale. I especially loved the comfy robes—they were a nice touch! The location is excellent, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and the beach within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. The only downside was the vallet parking, which was quite expensive. There was also an amenities/resort fee that we had to pay even though we only stayed one night and didn’t have a chance to use any of the amenities. I understand that many hotels charge these fees now, but I wish they were optional for guests who don’t use them. We also received a $45 credit, but it wasn’t clearly explained that the café wasn’t included. When I brought it up to the staff, they were very understanding and refunded the charge, which I really appreciated. Their customer service made the situation right. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the clean, beautiful rooms, great location, and responsive staff."
