"The hotel is perfect walking distance to Universal Studios. The hotel was fine, but we were disappointed in some small features of the room: 1. bathrooms do not have fans 2. The windows in the room do not open at all for fresh air. 3. The in room coffee is not good Also, the hotel is undergoing a major remodel, which was not disclosed when we made the reservation."
