Beautiful end unit townhome built in 2019. This unit offers three master suites plus Additional 4th bedroom, and flex space for bunks or second living area on the first floor. Additional features include walk in closets, picture windows with mountain views, 2 private decks, and multiple clubhouse amenities. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom plus an additional half bath.

Minutes to all the major ski resorts inclduding Keystone, Copper, Breckendridge and ABasin. Convenience for everything you could need including restaurants, shopping skiing and hiking are all just minutes away

Worst host ever, Vrbo no help

These are facts: My vehicle was booted twice while parked at the property, and I had to the unbooting fee. The first time the host was not aware of the HOA’s vehicle registration process, the second time she failed to follow through on registering my vehicle. I called Vrbo for help on recovering the un-booting fees, and the Vrbo representative refused to assist. The host did not provide basic information like the location of the clubhouse and neighborhood dumpster. The clubhouse access PIN provided didn’t work. No garage door opener was provided, so even parking in the garage was inconvenient. Dishes were put away dirty. The owner’s personal items were all over the place. There was pet hair on the pillow shams. There were food wrappers under furniture. Internet access was spotty, impeding my ability to work. Most of my communications to the host received no response. I’ve spent over 100 days in short term rentals over the last four years and prior to today, left only 5 star reviews.
