Welcome to Alpine Nest Escape, a cozy and contemporary retreat nestled in the heart of Silverthorne, Colorado. This brand-new, one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort and style, offering the perfect home base for your mountain adventures—whether you're skiing in winter or hiking in summer.



Located on the first floor of a stunning new building, Alpine Nest Escape welcomes you with a spacious, sunlit layout and a convenient ski and snowboard clips right at the front door. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances and an island with four bar seats, ideal for cooking and enjoying a meal at home.



The living area is anchored by a gas fireplace and plush queen sleeper sofa, where you can stream your favorite shows while snowflakes drift outside the window.
