"We are so grateful we found this property. We were goi g to pay over 1000 for two rooms at the hotel down the road for two nights. Thankfully my sister found this as an alternative. It was so quaint and clean. It smelled good and everything looked brand new it was so well cared for. I could go on and on about the shower and how great the water pressure was. We were there two days and I took 3 showers because it was so nice. My parents and husband met the owner while I was gone early tog et ready for a wedding down the road and said they were very king. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again if we were ever in the area. "
"We loved this beautiful mountain inn. The room is spotless and well-appointed, with a splendidly comfortable bed. The front porch is a fabulous place to sit in a rocker and watch the world go by. The creekside trail is a lovely walk with picnic spots to use as desired. The outdoor hot tub is a joy to the senses and tired muscles. It's very quiet with Blue Mountain Brewery just 5 minutes down the road for good food and brews, also featuring live music on Wednesdays. You can also play billiards or chess in the game room. We loved it."
"The home was very nice.and spacious. Very clean and quiet. It was close to everything we wanted to do. Had trouble with opening the unit but when we called they took care of it immediately. If you are 6 feet tall you'll be able to get in and out of the bed but I am under 5 feet and couldn't get in and out without moving the daybed over. As well as the microwave for someone who is over 5 1/2 feet tall or more. The fan running constantly was annoying in the bathroom. It would have been nice to have a clock by the bed. The heat and AC worked great The water in the shower was nice. Overall it was very nice and would highly recommend if you are tall."

"My family and I were in town for our niece’s wedding at Veritas winery. The house is situated on some nice acreage that is well kept, with a swingset and nice fire pit that is stocked with wood and surrounded by Adirondack chairs. The stars at night were amazing! The house is cute, has a lovely master suite that is clearly newer addition. There is a lovely basement rec area underneath. It is well decorated with a musical theme. The kitchen is well-stocked, there is laundry facility, and they even had an iron and ironing board which was key for a wedding. The place gives a sense of peace and calm in a rural atmosphere. I loved it and would certainly be happy to rent again. Excellent for the Afton region wineries. "
"The property was extremely clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need. I enjoyed the views, the curious neighbors (cows) and the firepit. The check in/ out process was extremely easy. The location was very convenient to Charlottesville or Waynesboro, hiking the BRP/Skyline Drive, orchards, antiques and country stores, as well as wineries and breweries. I would definitely consider staying here again -- Highly recommended. "
