"Silver Gate Lodging is located only 2-3 miles from the NE entrance to Yellowstone. The room has been remodeled and was comfortable. The property manager greeted us promptly at the counter in the General Store. She gave us a quick rundown of other businesses nearby for food, coffee, etc. She offered free internet while sitting on the General Store front porch. The other guests were very friendly with a community type atmosphere around the fire pit. The Log Cabin Cafe across the road is delicious...

"The cabin I booked had bunk beds but the one we got did not, they brought a mattress and my 22 year old son had to sleep on a mattress on the floor. They did not even offer me a discount. Very disappointed as this was a return visit and I have recommended it to so many friends and family. "
